SUMMER events are here!

Summer in Woodward Park is a pollinator’s paradise and a garden-enthusiast’s dream. The Xeric Garden shows its strength, the Fountain Garden soothes us all, and the Teaching Garden Trial Beds impress us with Lantana. In this issue of *In The Garden*, we will celebrate 50 years of “Oklahoma Gardening,” hear about our favorite weeding tools, do a little pond planning, and more. Our summer events are plentiful and diverse this year. Don’t miss the new Sunset Slowdowns in the Teaching Garden, Canning with the Tulsa Herb Society, birdhouse building, and bring textiles to life with nature. The Woodward Park and Gardens Historic District is a historical landmark; most areas are ADA accessible.

Public Transit which can bring you directly to Woodward Park is available along the Peoria Corridor via the AERO BRT (bus rapid transit) system. A complete list of bus routes is also available at Tulsa Transit online.
