Wine & roses vendor information
Thank you for partnering with Tulsa Garden Center for Wine & Roses: Monarchs in Moonlight, our signature annual fundraiser benefiting Tulsa Garden Center's horticultural stewardship and educational programming. Set within the historic Rose Garden at Woodward Park, the evening will feature a curated collection of culinary and beverage experiences celebrating community, hospitality, and the beauty of the gardens. Vendors are encouraged to draw inspiration from the event theme in their menu selections, beverages, and presentation to help create a memorable guest experience. VENDORS MUST COMPLETE FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR PARTICIPATION.
PARTICIPATION
Participation in Wine & Roses is considered an in-kind contribution supporting Tulsa Garden Center's mission.
Food Partners Participating culinary partners agree to:
Provide a tasting-sized culinary offering for approximately 250–300 guests.
Supply all food and service materials necessary for food preparation and service.
Provide adequate staff to prepare and serve guests throughout the event.
Maintain all applicable food safety standards and permits.
Complete setup prior to guest arrival and remain operational throughout the event.
Participating beverage partners agree to:
Provide product sufficient for guest service throughout the event.
Provide staff or representatives to serve and engage with guests, as applicable.
Comply with all applicable licensing and service requirements.
Complete setup prior to guest arrival and remain operational throughout the event.
TULSA GARDEN CENTER WILL PROVIDE
Designated vendor space within the event footprint.
Tent, table, and chairs.
Plates, napkins, and disposable flatware.
Ice, water access, and electricity as requested in advance.
Access to the event site during designated setup and breakdown windows.
Event lighting, security, and guest management.
Recognition in event materials, marketing communications, and social media, subject to production deadlines.
CULINARY SUPPORT
Tulsa Garden Center may provide limited support for select culinary experiences at its discretion. Any such arrangements will be discussed individually with participating culinary partners and are not guaranteed through participation.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Vendor setup times will be communicated in advance of the event.
All vehicles must be removed from event areas prior to guest arrival.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean service area throughout the event.
Vendors are expected to remove all materials and leave their space in the same condition in which it was received.
RECOGNITION
Participating vendors will be recognized through event marketing, social media, event materials, and eventnight recognition opportunities. We are grateful for your partnership and support of Tulsa Garden Center at Woodward Park!
To ensure inclusion in printed marketing and promotional materials, participation must be confirmed by July 10, 2026.
