SpringFest Vendor Booth Reservations
By purchasing a SpringFest Vendor booth, you agree that:
You have completed a SpringFest Vendor application, returning and new vendors, and have been invited to purchase your booth.
Vendor will be present for entirety of event (Friday & Saturday, 9am-3pm)
Vendor acknowledges that festival grounds’ layout will be changing and expanding in 2026; previous booth spots are not promised.
Vendor acknowledges that this is a high-volume attendance event and will have enough product to serve two days of shoppers.
Vendor will uphold the values of Tulsa Garden Center while at SpringFest - inclusivity, welcomeness, and kindness.
Vendor understands that no booth sharing is allowed. Each vendor must have their own booth.
Vendor will provide their own tent and booth fixtures.
Vendor is responsible for remitting tax payment to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
To complete your SpringFest vendor registration:
Select the number of 10’x10’ outdoor booth spaces (maximum of three) you would like to reserve.
Click “add to cart” and fill out the popup form that follows.
Submit payment.
